There is some evidence that suggests if you drink more than once can a day of diet soda it can increase your risk of dementia, stroke, diabetes and heart disease.
We also chatted about some of the myths about water consumption, but there are some people where maintaining an adequate water intake is more important (for instance, if you are taking certain medications).
