We talked wearables in this show. Finess wearables have come a long way since the days of the mechanical pedometer. Technology is available nowadays which enables you to monitor your heart rate, sleep and activity (whether that’s golf, swimming or parachute jumping!).
However good the technology is – it doesn’t do the work for you. The user still needs to supply the motivation! The evidence for meaningful impact on health outcomes is lacking at present.
