The booming industry around diet thrives on complexity and no good commercializable diet would be complete without arcane rules and lack of sustainability!
Rather than thinking about “being on a diet” we encourage listeners to consider how to eat a healthy diet more generally. We discussed some of the more popular diets for weight loss, including Whole 30, keto, Atkins, paleo, 5/2 (intermittent fasting).
