Doc Talk #36 – Influenza

We are in the midst of influenza season. Influenza is “proper” ‘flu as health professionals know. There is still time to get immunized this influenza season. Contact your pharmacist or the health unit.

There are some other simple measures you can take: handwashing, coughing into the crook of your arm rather than into your hands and stay at home if you are sick.
