In this episode Dr Dan and Jamieson discussed the burgeoning market in healthcare supplements.

I almost thought we should call this show today ‘why I’m throwing out my multivitamins’

The conclusion – the only supplement you might want to think about taking is vitamin D 1000-2000 units to combat the long Alberta winters. The main source of vitamin D is through the action of sunlight on the skin – difficult to achieve when it’s -40C outside.
